We are a Tibetan Buddhist centre established by His Holiness 3rd Penor Rinpoche, as part of his work dedicated to bring the Buddhist teachings to the growing number of students and practitioners in the West.

Through providing a place for contemplation, study and meditation, we aim to contribute to the most important task of preserving and spreading Buddha’s teachings in this rapidly changing world, for the benefit of all sentient beings.
